Heaptalk, Jakarta – UD Trucks, through its official distributor, Astra UD Trucks, hands over 30 units of Quester GKE 280 to PT Cakraindo Mitra International in UD Trucks’ booth at the 2024 GIIAS.
This handover was carried out by Vice President Director, Marketing and After Sales Service Director of UD Trucks Indonesia Handi Lim and Chief Executive Officer of Astra UD Trucks Winarto Martono to Indah Eviany who sits as the Operational Director of PT Cakraindo Mitra International.
Quester GKE 280 is known as a heavy-duty truck that features advanced safety technology, including Anti Locking System (ABS), that prevents the wheels from locking during sudden braking. This feature ensures the truck remains controllable, reducing the risk of accidents due to tire slip.
Toshihiko Odawara, President Director of UD Trucks Indonesia added, “Quester GKE 280 meets Euro5 standards and is ready to use B35 biodiesel fuel. Equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology and supported by the use of AdBlue, this truck not only offers efficiency in fuel consumption but environmentally friendly with lower carbon emissions.”
Indah Eviany expressed her satisfaction with the performance of Quester GKE 280. She added, “Quester GKE 280 is a safe, tough and reliable work partner. With a security system and responsive after-sales service, this truck supports our commitment to providing safe and timely logistics services.”
Prior to this handover, PT Cakraindo Mitra International reportedly has become UD Trucks’ loyal customers since 2015 and has purchased hundreds of UD Trucks’ Quester.
