Heaptalk, Jakarta — A healthcare provider for women and children First Care inaugurated its first facility located in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta (03/04).

This facility started operating in June 2023 and was soft-launched in October of the same year. Since its inception, First Care has constantly developed the clinic ecosystem to provide health services to meet the increasing health examination needs of the Indonesian people.

“We work closely with ObGyn and Pediatric specialist doctors, who are equipped with complete diagnostic equipment equivalent to hospital standards. For patient comfort, we pay attention to the smallest details in the interior design of the clinic to create a friendly atmosphere for our patients. Starting from the waiting room to the treatment room, everything is designed with a focus on patient satisfaction,” First Care CEO Pasha Fernanda Fauzi said at the grand launch in South Jakarta (03/04).

Aligned with its mission as the best health companion for every woman and child, the clinic provides a variety of screening test services, including pre-marital check, infertility test, and noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) screening to help every couple detect genetic problems early in their pregnancy by accuracy up to 99%.

First Care also offers mental health services as well as growth and development services for mothers and their children by providing certified psychologists and counselors. Through this service, patients can enjoy counseling services on parenting, maternity, self-development, and child growth and development screening. By implementing online appointments, patients can cut the waiting time for examinations and not waste time queuing.

Collaborating with educational institutions and communities

Additionally, the clinic also carries out educational efforts on the importance of protecting women’s reproductive organs. Pasha mentioned several steps that had been taken, including socialization via social media, holding seminars, as well as collaborating with educational institutions and communities.

According to Dr. dr. Fitriyadi Kusuma, Sp. OG, Subsp. Onk, who is also the founder of First Care, said that health risks to women’s intimate organs can affect infertility. Therefore, caring for women’s reproductive organs can be a way to protect oneself, partner, and unborn baby from various dangerous diseases.

“Ignoring the reproductive organs will have an impact on the later stages of pregnancy and childbirth. By maintaining good reproductive health, every woman can increase life expectancy in Indonesia and help Indonesia reduce maternal and infant mortality. This is what makes us encourage every woman to be aware of healthy reproduction during her productive age,” Dr. Fitriyadi explained.

In the future, Pasha stated that his party will develop the latest examination tests regarding reproductive health as well as child growth and development. The clinic will also complement the types of tests and health examination panels that currently exist, including collaborating with other health services to support more accurate results and diagnoses.
