Heaptalk, Jakarta — Taco, a vinyl flooring and furniture fitting hardware company, return to showcase innovation by collaborating with Rajoet.id to deliver enticing activity during the organizing of Indonesia Design Week (IDW) 2024.
In this agenda, Taco and Rajoet.id invite society to create personalized bag by decorating sustainable bag designed by Rajoet.id with Taco sheet waste. This agenda is claimed as Taco’s concrete action towards sustainability while preserving attractive activity on IDW 2024.
“Taco has the same vision with Rajoet.id, we continue to create innovation and this is aligns with our tagline unlimited creativity,” stated Taco’s Senior Manager of Experience Center and Relationship Management Emeralda during the press conference on Friday (10/11).
Emeralda also explained that this agenda aims to promote the national creative industry and drive people awareness towards sustainability.
Besides, Founder of Rajoet.id Felicia Ng who also attended the press conference conveyed her appreciation to Taco for this collaboration.
“I would like to appreciate Taco for this opportunity, and this is our first showcase,” voiced Felicia.
Felicia explained that Rajoet.id was established to solve two problems, waste issue and the lack of social welfare.
“We upcycle plastic waste and improve people welfare, specifically housewifes who intend to obtain more income. We cooperate with dozens of craftsmen from East Java to generate this product and our product has been exported to other countries,” stated Felicia.
Collaborating with Taco, Felicia stated that Taco’s products have multiple variants with numerous colors. For this reason, Founder of Rajoet.id affirmed that she did not find any difficulties to combine Taco’s waste product with Rajoet.id’s bag.
“Taco sheet features multiple colors and very flexible, thus it will be very easy to insert Taco sheet to the bag as decoration. The result also look so pretty,” conveyed Felicia.
Regarding the next collaboration, Taco and Rajoet.id hope can continue the cooperation to present more innovation and creativity while supporting sustainability goals.
