During his opening speech at the City of All Accor expo, Minister Sandi revealed the hotel occupancy rate enhancement attained 54.1% in 2022.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Accor Group organized the tourism industry exhibition entitled the City of All – Accor Live Limitless on March 15th – 19th, 2023, at Central Park, East Jakarta. In collaboration with Wonderful Indonesia, implementing the Accor Live Limitless event is expected to retrieve the economy in the tourism sector.

The opening of this tourism industry exhibition was inaugurated by Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Uno. He appreciates the tourism sector, which is increasingly improving the quality of its services, particularly during the post-pandemic, which has also been affected.

“We continue to conduct transformations in the tourism industry, including the hospitality sector, one of which is creating immense job opportunities in the country,” Sandi said during the Accor Live Limitless opening ceremony. (03/16)

Moreover, Sandi also viewed the local products of Indonesia’s MSMEs used in the star hotels, which indicates vast opportunities between the government and Accor Group to retrieve the tourism and creative economy. Through this endeavor, Sandi is optimistic about reaching around 4.4 million in employment in this sector by 2024.

“I greatly appreciate implementing the City of All exhibition that Accor Group initiated. Through this exhibition, I hope the tourism industry can boost its product quality to attract foreign tourists of about 7.4 million people and domestic tourists of 1.4 billion visits, with expected foreign exchange value attained US$5.95 billion this year,” voiced Sandi.

As information, Accor Live Limitless is the Accor brand presented in Jakarta for five days. This event is designed to provide exclusive offerings: a discount of up to 40% for room booking and holding particular events in Accor’s hotel, including Raffles, Ibis, Grand Mercure, Novotel, and Pullman; the Buy 3 Get 4 promos for the Ramadhan iftar program, and lucky dip prize program.

“After two years, we have faced extremely challenging situations in struggling with the pandemic. We have noticed improvements in hotel occupancy rates, touching 54.1% as of November 2022. City of All Accor Live Limitless is the proper occasion to advance Indonesia’s tourism and creative economy industry,” Minister Sandiaga said.
