Heaptalk, Jakarta – Performing the Hajj pilgrimage is a dream of every Muslim, yet the process can be daunting due to the high costs and long waiting periods. To address this challenge, Lakuemas has teamed up with Madinah Iman Wisata to introduce the first Digital Gold-Based Hajj Installment program in Indonesia. This program allows prospective pilgrims to pay for their Hajj journey in installments using digital gold, with a 7-year waiting period before departure.

The official launch of this collaboration was announced at a breaking fast event hosted by Lakuemas and Madinah Iman Wisata at Madame Delima Restaurant in Jakarta (03/13). Esther Napitupulu, Brand Manager of Lakuemas, explained, “This collaboration with Madinah Iman Wisata is driven by our shared goal of helping Indonesians prepare for the Hajj pilgrimage. We hope that this program will provide an innovative financing solution for those wishing to perform Hajj with a 7-year waiting period.”

Affordable and Secure Installment Plans

The program offers two attractive and secure installment schemes for prospective pilgrims. The first option requires a down payment (DP) of 5,500 USD with monthly installments of 2 grams of gold for 60 months, totaling 120 grams. The second option has a DP of 15 grams of gold with monthly installments of 2.5 grams of gold for 60 months, totaling 150 grams. Both options adhere to the government’s regulations, with departure scheduled for the 7th year after registration.

In addition to competitive pricing, the program offers several advantages, such as fixed prices with no additional fees at the time of departure. “This is a significant benefit for those who are concerned about price fluctuations or additional costs,” said Napitupulu.

Using a secure platform developed by Lakuemas

Adlina Hanifati, Digital Sales Manager of Lakuemas, further elaborated on the platform’s success. “Lakuemas has become one of Indonesia’s preferred digital gold investment platforms, with the app having been downloaded around 1.5 million times and more than 1 million members. As part of the CMK ecosystem, the app offers an omni-channel platform that allows users to invest not only in digital gold but also in physical gold and even jewelry. The balance in their Lakuemas accounts can be easily converted into physical gold,” she explained.

CMK- backed platform is certified by BAPPEBTI and holds ISO 27001 certification, an international standard for information security management systems. This ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of users’ data. “Our partnership with Madinah Iman Wisata is just one of the many innovations we’ve introduced. The Digital Gold-Based Hajj Installment Program offers a much more affordable option for Hajj compared to the usual cost, which can reach as high as 12,000 USD. With a down payment of just 5,500 USD, this program makes Hajj accessible to more people,” Hanifati added.

Over Two Decades of Hajj and Umrah Services

Saipul Bahri, Commissioner of Madinah Iman Wisata and President Director of PT Arsy Buana Travelindo Tbk, shared his company’s extensive experience in organizing Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. “Since our founding in 2000, Madinah Iman Wisata has successfully sent over 35,000 pilgrims for Hajj and Umrah. We are accredited by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and hold official licenses for organizing both Umrah and Hajj pilgrimages. We are also supported by PT Arsy Buana Travelindo, a public company that helps us collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other providers for a seamless pilgrimage experience,” Bahri explained.

He also expressed his enthusiasm about the new collaboration with Lakuemas. “As an experienced and certified Hajj organizer, Madinah Iman Wisata is always looking for innovative ways to simplify the process for prospective pilgrims. We are excited about this collaboration and the introduction of the Digital Gold-Based Hajj Installment Program. Through this program, we hope to enable even more people to fulfill their dream of performing Hajj,” Bahri concluded.

The Digital Gold-Based Hajj Installment program presents an affordable, secure, and innovative way for Indonesian Muslims to prepare for their pilgrimage to Mecca, making this important spiritual journey more accessible for all.
