Heaptalk, Jakarta — PT ITSEC Asia Tbk has appointed Patrick Rudolf Dannacher as its new President Director, alongside Richardus Eko Indrajit’s elevation to President Commissioner, following the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Annual Public Expose held on Friday in Jakarta (05/23).

The management restructuring signals ITSEC Asia’s strategic move to bolster its organizational foundation and accelerate global expansion in the fast-evolving cybersecurity sector. The company emphasized the importance of innovation, agility, and talent development, with plans to advance its new PT ITSEC Cyber Academy, which offers internationally certified cybersecurity training.

In his inaugural remarks, Patrick Rudolf highlighted the company’s commitment to resilience and global competitiveness. “This restructuring reflects our commitment to building a resilient, agile organization ready to compete on a global scale. With a focus on innovation, international expansion, and talent development through the ITSEC Cyber Academy, we are laying the foundation for long-term sustainable growth amid geopolitical challenges and industry dynamics,” he said.

ITSEC Asia reported a remarkable turnaround in its financial performance for Q1 2025, with revenue soaring 176 percent year-on-year to Rp 135.4 billion and gross margins improving significantly from 22 percent to 54 percent. The company shifted from an operating loss in Q1 2024 to an operating profit of Rp 40.7 billion and net profit of Rp 34.9 billion in the first quarter of this year.

Reflecting its focus on reinvestment and future growth, the General Meeting of Shareholders decided to retain all profits as retained earnings, foregoing dividend distribution.

ITSEC Asia is also adapting its strategy to tackle global challenges, such as tightening public sector budgets and anticipated regulations, including a forthcoming Cybersecurity Law.
