Garuda Indonesia, Indonesia’s full-service airline, will explore the application of this technology to enhance operational quality, including optimizing flight services, increasing ancillary revenue potential, and personalizing passenger experiences.
Moving forward, strategic steps are expected to add value for Garuda Indonesia and its customers and position Indosat as a pioneer in integrating the latest technology in this industry. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy also supports this collaboration.
Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno expressed that this partnership is essential for Indonesia’s aviation and tourism sectors. Sandiaga said, “By leveraging the latest technology, Indonesia will not only enhance the tourist experience but also create new economic opportunities to drive sustainable growth.”
