Heaptalk, Jakarta — Ichiran is holding a ramen kit promotion event in Indonesia to introduce Yaki Ramen. The event is taking place at Aeon Mall Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) City from June 28, 2024, to July 10, 2024.
“We hope that the people of Indonesia can enjoy the deliciousness of Ichiran’s signature ramen. Especially the Tonkotsu Yaki Ramen and Hakata-style Straight Noodle Ramen, which are the highlights of the event, are easy to cook with just one pan and can be customized with favorite ingredients such as meat and vegetables,” explained Hioki-san, General Manager of Ichiran, who was interviewed during the event on Thursday (06/28) at the Aeon Store, BSD.
Hioki also explained that the event was held in response to Indonesians’ high interest in Japanese cuisine. He said, “Indonesians are enthusiastic about Japanese cuisine, especially ramen. We hope this event can introduce the authentic taste of Ichiran and Japanese culinary culture.”
To emphasize the Japanese atmosphere, the restaurant featured a booth resembling a traditional Japanese ramen shop. The aim was for visitors to enjoy a Japanese ambiance while eating ramen. The ramen served by Ichiran was priced between Rp65,000 and Rp89,800. “Visitors can also choose packages. The Ichiran Tonkotsu Yaki Ramen package is priced at Rp108,000, and the Ichiran Ramen Hakata Straight Thin-Style Noodle package ranges from Rp188,000 to Rp378,000,” Hioki concluded.
