According to HSBC Indonesia’s Director of Wealth and Personal Banking Lanny Hendra, this strategic partnership will enable HSBC’S premier customers to enjoy various exclusive services in the mall such as HSBC Lounge in East Lobby Level 1, valet services, special parking privilege, and discount for shopping and dining.
“In HSBC, we are not selling products, but we provide solutions to them. Thus, this partnership is not solely presenting discounts for our premier customers; it is enhanced by delivering a special experience for our customers. Through this collaboration, we always present to answer the needs of every customer,” stated Lanny during the launch of HSBC x Plaza Indonesia Lounge in Jakarta (06/26).

In more detail, the partnership contains several programs that will bring multiple benefits to HSBC’s premium customers, such as a voucher worth Rp 1 million after fulfilling a certain purchase and a complimentary Venchi gelato every Saturday and Sunday, which is valid until 28 July 2024.
Moreover, HSBC also offers buy 1 get 1 free XXI ticket every Saturday and discount of Rp500 thousands in selected merchants. In terms of point rewards, this program presents 0% instalment and can boost HSBC reward points 5 times faster and Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card (PIPC) rewards points 3 times faster.
The Deputy Chief Marketing Officer of Plaza Indonesia, Zamri Mamat stated that this measure is part of the mall’s commitment to innovate and present exclusive experience for their customer.
