Users can open their profile, select the Help Center section, and press Tourism Safety & Security Center to access this.

Achieving the target of 14.3 million foreign tourists
According to Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno, this initiative will help achieve the target of 14.3 million international tourists and 1.25 billion to 1.5 billion domestic tourist movements in 2024. Sandiaga admitted that the keys to building tourist trust include enhancing safety and security and facilitating access to tourist destinations through transportation services.
“We witnessed the initial launch of Grab’s Tourism Safety and Security Center at the end of last year in Bali and appreciate Grab’s ongoing commitment to collaborating in strengthening the tourism sector by introducing this feature in various popular tourist cities,” Sandiaga said as cited by Kontan.
Meanwhile, Neneng Goenadi, Country Managing Director of Grab Indonesia, stated, “As a ride-hailing company widely used by international and domestic tourists, we bear a high responsibility to help them have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta.”
Neneng emphasized that this initiative is not only about enhancing safety and security but also about building trust. “The trust that when you choose Grab, you are choosing a committed service that cares about your safety and security during your journey with us,” Neneng concluded.
