The Ofero brand unveils its new three e-bike products at the IIMS expo, covering Ofero’s Magical, Ledo, and Stareer, at affordable prices.
Heaptalk, Jakarta — An electric motorbike and bicycle, Ofero launched three new products, spanning Ofero’s Magical, Ledo, and Stareer, at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2023.
During the press conference at the expo, the Director of Ofero Indonesia, Nathan Sun, admitted these latest products possess superior innovations to deliver outstanding experiences for customers to move freely and conveniently.
He also elaborated on Indonesia’s automotive industry market share continues to grow. Refers to the Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association (AISI) revealed an electric motorbike sales in the country had attained 28,000 units. Moreover, Indonesia aims to perform a battery-electric vehicle (BEV) transformation to around 11.8 million units by 2025, expecting to expedite a clean energy goal in the archipelago.
This electric bicycle is equipped the power cloud battery technology, with a Lead Acid 48V20AH specification to enhance exploring power up to 100 kilometers. Bikers can charge this product for around four to six hours through a converter.
“An excellent battery power, stylish design, and Power Cloud modern technology is expected to fulfill the mobility requisites of Indonesia’s riders. We appreciate the great enthusiasm of our customers for e-bikes which are currently becoming the new trend.
Nathan further explains these three new products contain various eminences. He claimed Ofero’s Magical and Ledo types are suitable for daily riders, equipped by the Power Cloud to reach distances up to 85 kilometers, a vast luggage facility, and a comfortable seat. Meanwhile, Ofero’s Stareer category can reach distances up to 100 kilometers. Related to product availability, this brand has provided about 4,000 units for the entire type this year.
Established with reasonable prices, Ofero’s Ledo category will be priced at Rp5,299,000, or approximately US$349. Meanwhile, Nathan voiced the Magical e-bike is priced at about Rp6,299,000, or equal to US$415, and Ofero’s Stareer category is priced worth Rp7,399,000 (US$487).
