Commemorating Independence Day, Aston Bintaro & Conference Center presents East Java’s signature AYCE buffet

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Commemorating the Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day, Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center proudly presents its Independence Day East Java’s signature All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Buffet on August 17, 2024.

“This buffet will be available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Kasuari Restaurant located on the 7th floor of Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center. Priced at Rp179,000 nett per person, guests can enjoy a variety of Indonesian dishes. We are also offering a special Deluxe Room package at Rp1,179,000 nett per night, which includes breakfast and buffet dinner for two. We feature a special buffet with a variety of Indonesian cuisines, live cooking, and live music,” said Dimas Maulana, Marketing Communication Executive at Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center.

For this special buffet, Aston Bintaro will serve unique dishes combining Indonesian flavors with traditional East Javanese specialties such as rawon, krengsengan daging, lontong balap, and rujak cingur. Dimas added, “In line with Indonesia’s Independence Day, we aim to commemorate the services of the heroes who fought for Indonesia’s rights, reflecting the spirit of Surabaya, known as the City of Heroes.”

Bayu Ramadian Ciptadi, Assistant Director of Sales at Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center, conveyed, “To commemorate Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day, we are delighted to offer an all-you-can-eat buffet with a diverse menu to pamper our guests, accompanied by live music to enhance the dining experience for guests, families, and colleagues. We’d like to provide a unique experience celebrating Indonesia’s 79th Independence with comfort and enjoyment during your stay at Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center.”

Bayu also introduced Kasuari Restaurant which offers a comfortable atmosphere, decorated with various beautiful patterns and ornaments. The indoor and outdoor spaces provide a distinguished experience compared to other venues. This restaurant also features a diverse menu, offering Indonesian specialties and dishes from around the world,” he concluded.
