Heaptalk, Jakarta — At the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025 held at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, BMW Motorrad launched three new motorcycles on Thursday (02/13).
“We have three models that are being launched publicly, namely the high-performance R1300 GS Adventure, the classic model R 12 S, and finally, the launch of the S1000RR,” said Josep Amarinto Setiawan, Head of Product and Sales BMW Motorrad Indonesia.
The advantage, Josep said, is that BMW Motorrad motorcycles have technology support that allows riders to shift gears without pressing the clutch. The gear-shifting process with this technology is claimed to be faster and more precise. Here are the three motorcycles launched at IIMS 2025:

The R12 S is powered by a 1,170 cc BMW boxer-twin engine that can produce 109 hp at 7,000 rpm and 115 Nm of torque. The R 12 S is marketed at Rp990,000,000
