As cited in Global Finance official release, the SEO bank listed on the 25th Best Trade Provider Awards and win Best Trade Finance Provider in Indonesia, Meanwhile, Bank Mandiri also obtained Digital Awards for Digital Bank of the Year and Best Corporate Payment Project in Triple A Awards organized by The Asset. These 2025 achievements highlight the company’s progress in delivering digital innovations to corporate clients.

Providing Kopra for corporate clients
“The strong push for digital transformation across industries has led to increased customer demand for integrated digital financial services. Through Kopra by Mandiri, Trade Finance clients can seamlessly manage transaction information and reports within a single platform,” Timothy said in a written statement (03/24).
Corporate clients can leverage Kopra by Mandiri for various Trade Finance services, including the issuance and receipt of Letters of Credit (L/C), Domestic Documentary Credits (SKBDN), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), and bank guarantees, as well as verification of guarantee documents.
Additionally, clients can easily verify the authenticity of Trade Finance documents by scanning a QR code on bank guarantee documents, which displays relevant information. Kopra by Mandiri users can also access online trade financing, enabling faster, more efficient, and secure transactions.

Developing superapp Livin’ for retail consumers
Kopra by Mandiri has processed transactions worth Rp22,700 trillion, with a 17% year-over-year (YoY) growth in transaction volume. Meanwhile, transaction frequency reached 1.3 billion transactions, a 21% YoY increase. The platform is continually being developed to offer broader services for corporate and business segments, featuring increasingly integrated features.
Beyond wholesale clients, Bank Mandiri also provides banking, transactional, and beyond-banking services for retail customers through its super-app, Livin’ by Mandiri. The app has introduced new features, including Livin’ Auto, Livin’ Investasi, and Livin’ Loyalty.
As of the end of 2024, Livin’ by Mandiri has surpassed 29.3 million users, with a transaction frequency of 3.9 billion transactions, representing a 38% annual growth. These transactions contributed to a 6.20% YoY increase in fee-based income, totaling Rp2.62 trillion.
