Heaptalk, Jakarta — PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk, the parent company of Bali United, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Thursday (05/22) at the Bali United Kedoya Building in West Jakarta.
Main Commissioner Jemi Wiyono Prihadi, Commissioner Eddy Soehartono, and Independent Commissioner Andy F. Noya attended the meeting. The board of directors present included President Director Yabes Tanuri, Putri Paramita Sudali, Yohanes Adi Bunian Moniaga, and Katherine Wianna.
“In this AGMS, several key agendas were discussed beyond the routine financial report presentation for the 2024 fiscal year. First, the approval and ratification of the company’s annual report. The second is determining the company’s net loss in the 2024 financial report. Third, the approval of remuneration, allowances, salaries, and bonuses for the company’s management. Fourth, the appointment of a public accounting firm to audit the company. And finally, accountability for the IPO results,” explained Jemi Wiyono Prihadi, Main Commissioner.
Alongside the AGMS, a public expose (pubex) was held, outlining performance updates and business plans for Bali United’s subsidiaries in 2025. One highlight was the inauguration of the Bali United Training Center (BUTC) in Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali.
“The training center, owned by PT Bina Raya Perkasa, was officially opened on June 22, 2024, by PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir, accompanied by former Indonesian Youth and Sports Minister Zainudin Amali, Indra Sjafri, and Bali Provincial Secretary Dewa Made Indra,” said Yabes Tanuri, President Director of Bali Bintang Sejahtera.
Yabes Tanuri also stated that in 2025, Bali United will focus on developing young talents, particularly Indonesian players, through the Bali United Academy. He added, “Top-tier coaches and technology-driven training methods will support the academy to scout young talents across Indonesia.”
Meanwhile, Jemi Wiyono Prihadi emphasized that Bali United will refocus on its core sports business by strengthening key initiatives such as the Bali 7s, an international-level tournament. “We will channel more energy and resources to reinforce the company’s role—not just as a football club, but as a holistic and sustainable sports ecosystem that supports athletes, fans, communities, and the broader sports industry,” Jemi said during the pubex.
He added that this strategic refocusing will foster stronger solidarity within the company. “We believe returning to our roots will unite us—fighting, growing, and building a stronger, more impactful future.”
Bali Bintang Sejahtera aims to achieve greater success in 2025, surpassing its 2024 performance. “All supporting business pillars—from retail to community programs—will continue strengthening the bond between Bali United and its loyal fans. We hope 2025 will bring better performance and revenue growth across all business units,” he concluded.
