Traditional East Javanese specialties such as rawon (beef black soup), krengsengan daging (spiced beef stew), lontong balap (rice cake with bean sprouts and tofu), and rujak cingur (vegetable salad with cow snout) are combined with various other menu items. Bayu emphasized, “In line with the special day of Indonesia’s Independence, we want to honor the great sacrifices of the heroes who fought for the rights of the Indonesian people in the past, as reflected in Surabaya, the city known as the City of Heroes.”
To enjoy this buffet dinner, guests only pay Rp179,000 net per person. “With that price, you can enjoy a variety of Nusantara dishes with multiple choices. We also offer a special Deluxe room package for Rp1,179,000 net per night, which includes breakfast and a buffet dinner for two,” Bayu added.
