Heaptalk, Jakarta — Aston Bintaro organized a free health screening program to celebrate its first anniversary. “This free check-up initiative is a collaboration between Mitra Keluarga Bintaro Hospital and Aston Bintaro Hotel,” said Dimas Maulana, Marketing Communication Executive at Aston Bintaro.
Regarding the screenings offered, Dimas explained that during the Friday (05/02) event, Mitra Keluarga Bintaro Hospital medical teams conducted tests for uric acid, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels. Based on Heaptalk’s observations, the event, which ran from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM WIB, was well-attended by hotel guests, staff, and residents.
In addition to the free health screening program, Aston Bintaro hosted a Health Talk session featuring Alvina, a Clinical Psychologist from Mitra Keluarga Bintaro. Alvina addressed mental health challenges faced by young professionals, particularly in workplace settings.

“Many young people experience a mental slump when entering the workforce, often due to the shock of workplace demands,” Alvina emphasized. She cited examples such as handling criticism from superiors: “Their morale plummets, and some even quit. This contrasts with older generations, who were raised with stronger mental resilience.”
Dimas noted that the talk show provided valuable insights for young professionals to navigate their careers more effectively. Earlier, on Wednesday (04/30), Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center partnered with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) to organize a free blood donation drive. “Like the health screenings and Health Talk, this blood donation is part of our first-anniversary celebration series,” Dimas concluded.
