Heaptalk, Jakarta — Amanaia, a restaurant under PT Kuliner Jaya Indonesia, has announced a fresh concept, including a new name, to offer a more diverse culinary experience. Previously specializing in Sundanese cuisine under the name Talaga Sampireun, the restaurant now offers various Indonesian archipelago dishes with the recent tagline Traditional Indonesian Flavors.

The name Amanaia, meaning a place of peace that flows like water, reflects the restaurant’s vision of creating a dining experience that aligns with its nature-inspired interior design and promises a serene atmosphere for its customers.

The restaurant is undergoing a recertification process to ensure halal compliance with its ingredients and production processes. It has operated under its new concept since December 1, 2024. Equipped with an IT-based system, the restaurant now guarantees quality dishes served within 30 minutes. Otherwise, customers do not have to pay for their orders.

According to Kevin Marchelli, Sales Marketing Manager at Amanaia, the rebranding brings menus inspired by the rich culinary heritage of various regions across Indonesia. In addition to the diverse menu options, the revamp includes improved service standards and upgraded facilities to provide an unforgettable dining experience.

“With this name change, Amanaia aims to elevate service quality through a fresh concept and ambiance, as well as unique culinary offerings that were not previously available,” Kevin said.

Some of the must-try dishes include gurame mangga rempah (spiced mango gourami fish), soto tangkar (beef rib soup), cumi goreng cabe bawang (fried squid with chili and garlic), es markisa bunga telang (blue pea flower passion fruit iced drink), es kopi pandan (pandan iced coffee), and cempedak goreng (fried cempedak fruit).

Several Amanaia outlets, such as Menteng, Satrio, and Bekasi, now feature karaoke facilities. Similar amenities will soon be available at new branches opening in Alam Sutera, BSD, Taman Mini, Kota Harapan Indah, and Bandung. Amanaia operates a central kitchen to maintain consistency in flavor across its locations. This ensures that customers enjoy the same high-quality dishes at every outlet.
