Heaptalk, Jakarta — Achieving Platinum Green Building, Altea BLVD has launched its second cluster, Rivella. Altea BLVD is a residential project managed by Astra Land in collaboration with Sinar Mas Land under the PT Ruby Karya Sejahtera banner.

On Friday (02/28), Vania Ariyani, Sales Head of Altea BLVD, at the Marketing Gallery, said that after launching its first cluster, Rivara, in November 2024, Altea BLVD’s second cluster, Rivella, will be introduced to the public in April or May this year.

“This residential project, situated on approximately 75 hectares of land, is the first project of Astra Land Indonesia to receive Greenship Platinum Certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Previously, the Ammaia Ecoforest project from Astra Land Indonesia received Greenship Gold certification from GBCI,” said Vania.

“Seeing the high enthusiasm for the Rivara cluster, Altea BLVD decided to accelerate the introduction of the Rivella cluster, which has a layout not much different from its predecessor,” added Vania.

Regarding the types, the modern minimalist cluster, priced from Rp2 billion to Rp5 billion, has four building types:

  1. Rivella 6 2S: 6×12 m, 2 floors, land area of 72 m², building area of 88 m², with 3 bedrooms;
  2. Rivella 7: 7×12 m, 3 floors, land area of 84 m², building area of 143 m², with 3 bedrooms;
  3. Rivella 8: 8×14 m, 3 floors, land area of 112 m², building area of 192 m², with 4 bedrooms;
  4. Rivella 8 Villa: 10×17 m, 3 floors, land area of 170 m², building area of 192 m², with 4 bedrooms and direct access to jogging.

Each unit in the Rivella cluster is equipped with an adequate security system. Access in and out of the cluster is available at one Centralized Gate with Face Detection technology to recognize the faces of everyone passing through the main gate of the cluster. Security staff will also be on standby 24/7 at the gate, ensuring constant security.

In addition, the cluster, located in the Cibubur area, has pedestrian paths along the area equipped with shady trees. Rivella also implements water management by processing rainwater to be reused. “This is part of Astra Land Indonesia’s initiative to realize sustainable living,” Vania concluded.
