Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Tangerang City Government held a Verification of the 2024 Work Plan and Budget Amendments (RKPA) from August 16-19, 2024, at the Swiss-Belhotel Serpong, South Tangerang.

Financial planning teams from 40 regional agencies within the Tangerang City Government attended the three-day event. Tangerang City Secretary Herman Suwarman attended the closing ceremony on Monday (08/19). “The dedication and professionalism shown by all of you reflect our collective commitment to embodying good and accountable governance,” Herman said in his remarks.

Furthermore, he appreciated the participants who attended and completed the 2024 RKPA Verification report. He stated, “Thank you to the Verifier Team, Regional Apparatus Planning Teams, and Regional Public Service Agencies, who have participated and completed the verification of the 2024 Fiscal Year RKPA for SKPD.”

The verification process is an integral part of ensuring that every planned program and activity meets the community’s needs, is in accordance with the local government’s vision and mission, and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Herman added, “This report must be well-prepared and targeted, as it will be used by the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) as material for drafting the Regional Regulation (Raperda) that will be presented on August 19.”

Therefore, synergy between all stakeholders is essential in carrying out every development program in Tangerang City. “Certainly, our success is not only measured by how well we plan but also by how effectively we implement these programs to bring tangible benefits to the welfare of the community,” Herman concluded in his closing remarks.
