Heaptalk, Jakarta – Digital Industry Center 4.0 (PIDI 4.0) participated in Indonesia 4.0 Conference and Expo to introduce its services in expediting the digital transformation in the manufacturing industry.
Head of PIDI 4.0 Saiful Bahri, in a written statement, conveyed, “PIDI 4.0 presents its 5 main services, namely Ecosystem, Showcase, AI and Engineering, Delivery, and Capability, which synergize with each other”.
In its second participation in Indonesia 4.0, PIDI 4.0 informed stakeholders, scholars, manufacturing companies, and technology companies about its Showcase Center. The Showcase Center, located at the PIDI 4.0 building in South Jakarta, allows stakeholders to experience directly the implementation of industry 4.0 of PIDI 4.0’s partners and provides a platform for partners to showcase their achievements in digital transformation.
In addition, PIDI 4.0 also introduces its ecosystem pillar that makes PIDI 4.0 to be the hub that connects all stakeholders in industry 4.0 to collaborate in performing digital transformation.
As part of Industrial Human Resources Development, the Ministry of Industry, PIDI 4.0 has coined the Capability Center. This center supports the development of human resources for carrying out digitalization at various job levels, starting from Top Management to Operator level.
“To answer the challenge in synergizing the skill of the existing human resources with the needs of manufacturing industry in this digitalization era, PIDI 4.0, through capability pillar, actively organize 4.0-based training, including skilling, re-skilling, and up-skilling training”, explained Saiful.
In more detail, he stated that PIDI 4.0 has organized multiple training in the field of data analyst, lean manufacturing 4.0, industry 4.0 transformation for managerial, IoT network engineer, IoT application engineer, IIoT, maintance 4.0, cloud computing, data scientist, and more.
Saiful added, “PIDI trained 1,200 participants from the manufacturing industry in 2023, and the program continues to this day.”
Supporting the adoption of digitalization, PIDI 4.0 provides Delivery Center that delivers guidance and consultancy services to industries. AI and Engineering Center is also built to provide solution for industry players through research, test bed, and the AI implementation.
