Heaptalk, Jakarta – On Wednesday (31/02), in order to make things easier for the public services, the North Sumatra Immigration Office held a socialization of M-Paspor application to locals in Sibolga.
Head of Immigration Technology, Information and Communication Section (Tikim), Ryanto Napitulu, along with two TiKim members held the socialization. They explained in detail regarding the M-Paspor application features and its benefits for the public.
“The M-Paspor application is an innovative way to facilitate the passport processing process for the public. With this application, the passport submission and retrieval process has become more efficient and faster,” said Ryanto Napitulu in his greetings. Moreover, in the socialization session, the public was also given the guide step by step in using the application.
“We hope with this socialization, the public can familiarize themselves and use the M-Paspor application for passport submission. This is the immigration office’s commitment to keep developing its services for the public,” added Napitulu.
This socialization event is followed with enthusiasm of the Barus locals that welcome with a positive reaction of the M-Paspor application. They hope with this innovation, the passport processing process will be more practical and efficient.
Thus, the socialization of M-Paspor application in North Sumatera became an important momentum to improve understanding and utilizing technology in immigration services for the community.
