Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) has launched the Self-Service Public Service Evaluation Application (eyanlik). Adapted from the Public Service Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Application (PEKPPP), this platform assists the entity in conducting surveys and evaluations of employee or customer performance and satisfaction.
“Ministry adopted the used-application of Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform at the national level, eliminating the need to develop its own,” stated Inspector General of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Arief Tri Hardiyanto, during the Launch.
According to Inspector General Arief Tri Hardiyanto, this platform will simplify the process for public service managers and Ministry evaluators to self-assess. “Using this application, organizations can easily gather the necessary information to make wise decisions and improve service quality,” He emphasized.
The Ministry’s Inspector General recorded that this application would support implementing and enhancing public service quality. He explained that the initiative to use this application originated from the Personnel and Organizational Bureau and the Data Center of the Informatics Facilities of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, in collaboration with the Technical Team of the Public Information and Communication Data Bureau of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform.
“This adoption has passed several stages, including the application adoption, the application planning, application installation, adjustment trials, and the icon installation on the Ministry of Communication and Informatics portal. The team has been working since February and completed it on May 17, 2024,” he explained.
Inspector General Arief Tri Hardiyanto praised the implementation of an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) by adopting an existing application.
“This is part of the successful implementation of bureaucratic reform carried out by the government. As an organization, the strategic environment in the government is moving dynamically. Thus, the Ministry continues to adjust in terms of design and workflow for implementation within the ecosystem,” he concluded.
