Heaptalk, Jakarta — Public Works Minister Dody Hanggodo, accompanied by Deputy Minister Diana Kusumastuti and senior officials from the Ministry of Public Works, attended a working meeting on the 2025 State Budget with House Commission V at the MPR Building on Wednesday (05/07). One of the topics discussed was the additional budget in 2025.

Minister Dody announced on Monday (05/12) that House Commission V has approved an additional budget allocation for the Public Works Ministry in 2025, raising it to Rp73.76 trillion, approximately US$4.4 billion (US$1 equals Rp16,633).

“The additional budget unblocking is based on the Ministry of Finance’s Budget Revision Decree (SPRA), which states that the effective ceiling for the Public Works Ministry after the unblocking adjustment has increased from Rp50.48 trillion to Rp73.76 trillion,” Dody explained.
