Master Plan for Health

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Baubau city government conducted a National Health Day (HKN) commemoration at Kotamara Square, attended by the Acting Mayor of Baubau City, Rasman Manafi. In his remarks, he continued to support the central government’s policy in realizing bureaucratic reform by transforming the state civil apparatus (ASN) within the Baubau city government in health development efforts, one of which is through the master plan for health arrangement.

“Following the enactment of Law No. 17 2023 concerning Health, the government is preparing a Master Plan for the Health Sector (RIBK) as a common direction in efforts to develop health in Indonesia,” Rasman said, representing the Minister of Health, Budi Gunadi Sadikin’s speech.

For this reason, Rasman said this master plan is expected to be a reference for the central and regional governments in planning, budgeting, and implementing health programs in their regions.

He conveyed that the six pillars of health transformation, including the conversion of primary services, referral services, health resilience systems, financing, human resource transformation in the health sector, and health technology, could be enforced with the robust synergy and collaboration between overall government entities and the community.

“I look forward to all central and regional government employees and officials working competently, honestly, and harmoniously in safeguarding and accelerating health transformation. Let’s work seriously and serve the community wholeheartedly.” Rasman said.

For this reason, he admitted the highest appreciation to the whole parties in the health industry who have helped each other in implementing Indonesia’s health development, including medical personnel, health workers, health support workers, NGOs, the private sector, media, professionals, academics, employees and government officials at the Central and Regional levels.
