Heaptalk, Jakarta – Volkswagen All-Electric ID. Buzz Long Wheelbase officially launched in Indonesia during the 10th day of Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025. Presenting premium MPV electric cars, PT Garuda Mataram Motor, the brand holder agent (APM) of Volkswagen (VW), announced that the new list is priced at Rp1.495.000.000 on the road or $91,689 ($1 equals Rp16,300).

In 2025, we are very enthusiastic about introducing The All-Electric ID. Buzz Long Wheelbase. It is more than a vehicle, The All-Electric ID. Buzz Long Wheelbase celebrates the past while advancing into the future, becoming a cultural icon that connects nostalgia with the future that continues to move progressively, without leaving its signature,”

Following the success of the previous ID. Buzz, the new line-up uses the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) drive system that brings a series of the latest innovations, including a longer dimension of 4,962 mm and a wheelbase of 3,239 mm. The storage space reaches 2,469 liters, presenting a more spacious and functional cabin space for carrying many items. With a capacity of up to six passengers (6-seater), ID. Buzz LWB is designed for modern families who prioritize comfort on the go without sacrificing space.

ID. Buzz LWB offers the best performance with the largest torque in its class, 560 Nm, and a maximum power of 210 kW, which allows its acceleration to be more optimal with the ability to go 0-100 km in just 7.9 seconds. With a battery capacity of 86 kWh, this electric MPV can travel up to 487 km with a maximum speed of 160 km/hour.

Various interesting features are also embedded in the ID. Buzz LWB to create a more personalized driving experience, including Panoramic Sunroof with Smart Glass that allows drivers and passengers to control the amount of natural light entering the vehicle through adjustable opacity settings, Climatronic 3-zone equipped with Clean Air Particle Filter to adjust the cabin temperature independently, Front seats with massage, heater, and memory features that increase long-distance driving comfort; and a 12.9-inch infotainment screen supported by advanced connectivity systems and 12+1 Harman Kardon speakers at various points that offer an immersive entertainment experience along the way.

Volkswagen Indonesia confirms its commitment to customer satisfaction by presenting a complete after-sales service package for The All-Electric ID. Buzz LWB. This package includes a vehicle warranty for 4 years or 100,000 km (2+2 years), HV battery warranty for 8 years or 160,000 km, free maintenance for 5 years or 100,000 km, and free wall charging 11 kW.
