Heaptalk, Jakarta – IM3, one of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s (IOH) telco brand launches Hot Promo, Nongkrong Bareng, and Pesta Rakyat programs to enhance its users’ experience and young generation engagement.
In its Hot Promo package, Indosat offers consumers a personalized package that is adjusted based on consumers’ behavior. The promo, particularly, can be obtained in outlets across Indonesia, and also in myIM3.
Chandra Pradyot Singh, EVP-Head of Circle Jakarta Raya Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, stated, “Indosat, through IM3, provides a lot of choices for our young generations especially. We focus on customers’ behavior. This promo delivers personalized promotions according to users’ behavior. Thus, everyone can obtain different promotions”.

Moreover, IM3 also organized Nongkrong Bareng (means: hangout together) program which provides enticing activities to participants in multiple hangout places. The activities that can be carried out include karaoke, hanging out in the coffee corner, and experiencing IM3 internet quality through VR Experience.
“Nongkrong Bareng has been held in 28 areas. This month, we aim to achieve 48 points. Thus, in the next month, the program will be continued in different areas. Hitherto, we managed to attract around 5,000 participants to enliven the program,” added Chandra.
Commemorating Indonesian Independence Day, IM3 also holds Pesta Rakyat IM3 in 39 points across Jabodetabek, Banten, Karawang, and Sukabumi, named Jakarta Raya Circle.
Besides presenting multiple programs, Chandra stated that Indosat also developed its infrastructure by building more BTS in order to deliver better customer experiences. In the first half of 2024, Indosat reported building over 3,000 new 4G Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) in the Jakarta area, making the total of its 4G BTS attain 45,000 points.
