On Tuesday (30/01) Jakarta, Lavinia Siswadi, the Head of Marketing Sarirasa Group at a press conference declared, “Chinese New Year is the most important day for the Chinese people. Sarirasa Group, as the Indonesian company that aims to preserve, develop and popularize Indonesian culinary and culture has been presenting various special menus or seasonal dishes to welcome this moment. These menus are a reflection of Indonesian Chinese cuisine that can be enjoyed by all family members.”
When asked what kind of dishes that will be served, Lavinia stated that Sarirasa Group that oversees Sate Khas Senayan, Sate & Seafood Senayan, and Sate Senayan offers its favorite cuisine of Lontong Cap Gomeh Chicken Satay, Lontong Cap Gomeh Beef Satay and Lengkeng Ice.
Apart from that, other restaurant groups such as TeSaTe, serve a complete menu starting from Duck Spring Rolls as the appetizer, Ketupat Laksa as the main course, and Bika Ambon along with Iced Peach Gum Cheng Teng as the dessert.
Gopek House that carries the Indo-Chinese is also ready to serve with its warm cuisines, such as Juanlo and Bika Ambon.
For those who want to send a Chinese New Year special dish, Sarirasa Catering also offers delivery of Lontong Cap Go Meh Chicken Satay and Beef Satay in two sizes, S and M.
