Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) 2025 and Asiabike Jakarta (ABJ) exhibitions have officially opened. PEVS 2025, which is returning this year, occurs from April 29 to May 4, 2025.

Pameran ini adopts a comprehensive approach through business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and business-to-government (B2G) schemes to accommodate all stakeholders in the electric vehicle industry.

Daswar Marpaung, President Director of Dyandra Promosindo, stated that the electric vehicle (EV) market continues to grow globally, including in Indonesia. This is why the event organizer is holding PEVS for the fourth time in the country. “This year, PEVS 2025 features 143 brands showcasing EV technologies and innovations from around the world,” said Daswar during the opening ceremony on Tuesday (04/29).

Meanwhile, Moeldoko, Chairman of Periklindo (Indonesian Electric Vehicle Industry Association), explained that the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show 2025 is more vibrant than previous editions. It now includes electric passenger cars, motorcycles, and trucks. “PEVS 2025 has three main objectives: promotion, transactions, and education,” Moeldoko said.

The exhibition highlights several leading EV brands, including Wuling, DFSK, Seres, BYD, Denza, Morris Garage (MG), Kalista, MINI, and MAB. Additionally, specialized brands such as Sinski, Sulida, Zhongxing, Huaihai, Dubbs, and Sunra are also participating.

Beyond the exhibition, Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show 2025 offers various programs, such as: EV test drive & test ride; pushbike, electric board & scooter ride; EV riding & parade; buyers EVening gathering; EV track zone & morning run; and Miss PEVS catwalk. Ticket prices for weekdays and weekends (April 30 – May 4, 2025) are set at Rp50,000.

Moeldoko emphasized that PEVS 2025 marks the fourth edition of the event and noted that passenger EVs not only dominate this year’s exhibition but also feature a strong presence of commercial electric vehicles. Commercial EVs—including three-wheelers, pickups, and trucks—support economic sectors and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). “This year, commercial EVs dominate the show since they directly impact the economy, particularly for MSMEs,” he concluded.
