Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Muslim LifeFest 2024 has been officially open for three days, from August 30th to September 1st, 2024. With an area spanning 10,000 square meters, this year’s event aims to support the growth and development of the Sharia Economy in Indonesia and worldwide while also promoting a comprehensive Islamic lifestyle.
“One of its main programs is ‘Bincang Ilmu’ with Asatidzah, featuring renowned scholars who will discuss various topics related to Islamic life, challenges faced by Muslims in the modern era, and opportunities within Indonesia’s Sharia economy. These discussions will offer profound and practical insights for participants on how to apply Islamic principles in daily life while also encouraging them to transform society’s lifestyle.”
Several activities will also be presented at this event, including the ‘Fashionista Brotherland’ fashion show organized by Deatextile. This fashion show will showcase the latest collection, blending modest fashion with current trends and inspiring visitors to look stylish while adhering to Islamic principles.
“Additionally, the Muslim Edu Fest will be one of the event highlights, where various Islamic educational institutions will present their top programs, offering valuable information for parents seeking the best education for their children,” Rahmat added.
Meanwhile, the Acting Executive Director of the National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KNEKS) reported that the Sharia financial sector had reached Rp2,650 trillion, accounting for 111.04% of total national economic assets.
“This output indicates that sharia products contribute significantly to the national economy. We expect the Muslim LifeFest 2024 will bridge towards further advancement in the sharia economy,” Taufik concluded.
