Heaptalk, Jakarta — Electronic exhibition, Global Sources Electronics Indonesia (GSEI) 2023 officially opened at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Jakarta. (12/6)
In the opening remarks, Wendy Lai, Vice President of Global Sources Exhibitions, admitted that GSEI is a forum for business people to connect, collaborate, and explore new business opportunities in the electronics industry. We’re looking forward to the visitors being able to optimize their presence at this event.
In expanding the scope of the event, Wendy added that GSEI also adopted modernity by integrating digital elements to make access easier for buyers and exhibitors through Global Sources Online and the Global Sources Buyer application.
As is known, GSEI is a trade show that allows distributors, suppliers, and owners of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to explore the latest and innovative products. Besides being a product exhibition, Global Sources Electronics Indonesia 2023 is a place for knowledge exchange through industrial conferences.
The GSEI industry conference will discuss the latest regulatory updates, how to source products from abroad, import business knowledge, and import taxes. With this facility, visitors are expected to understand the import business process and create strategic partnerships with multiple electronic suppliers.
“This event also features several programs, including Business Matching, that allow visitors to discover their preferred electronic suppliers. On the other hand, GSEI also provides other programs, such as Buyers Tour, to assist VIP visitors in exploring the showcased products and broaden their knowledge. Visitors can visit this expo from December 6th – 8th, 2023.” added Toerangga.
During the event’s three days, visitors from diverse industries, including importers, distributors, retailers, and the general public, enlivened this electronics exhibition. On the other hand, GSEI 2023 is also participated by 400 international electronic suppliers from multiple countries, spanning China, Taiwan, Hongkong, and South Korea.
“As one of the event’s supporting partners, we appreciate seeing the positive response from visitors on the first day of GSEI 2023. This enthusiasm reflects this event’s significance for Indonesia’s electronics industry’s outgrowth. We believe this electronic event will positively impact industrial development in the archipelago,” concluded the National Information and Communication Technology Entrepreneurs Association (APTIKNAS) Chairman, Soegiharto Santoso.
