Heaptalk, Jakarta — The 24th Digital Transformation Summit Indonesia (DTS) has been officially conducted for two days on October 18th – 19th, 2023, at the JW Marriot Hotel, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta.

During the opening remarks, the Founder and CEO of Exito Media Concept, Rishikesh Shetty, conveyed, “This is the transformation summit. I think Covid-19 has been the most significant digital accelerator for plenty of companies because they had to. We have the matter as an opportunity to create a platform where people could come and connect, educate themselves, and perform business simultaneously,”

Choosing the archipelago as the host of the 24th Digital Transformation Summit, Rishikesh explained that one of the reasons for choosing Indonesia was that his parties realized that Indonesia’s vision in 2030 to be the fifth most significant economy growth worldwide aligned with multiple efforts that the government had performed, one of which expediting the digital transformation.
In the business landscape, Rishikesh viewed that Indonesian companies continue to perform multiple programs to upskill their resources through the digital infrastructure establishment and expand Indonesian businesses’ capability in data centers. For this reason, he affirmed conducting this summit is aimed at educating the enterprises in terms of what they can achieve through digital transformation through the case studies shared by numerous industries that have been successful within the same space.
“They are again quite ambitious and have a vision for their organizations. However, they need help understanding the roadmap about what they can do within their companies and transform the existing capability,” CEO Rishikesh said during the conference. (10/19)

Meanwhile, MarTech illuminates the fusion of marketing and technology, revealing strategies that amplify customer engagement via digital tools, analytics, social media, and automation.
During the two days of implementation, the summit attracted about 1,000 attendees, possessed around 40 – 50 exhibitors, and presented 70 professional speakers. As a part of its endeavor to amplify digital transformation worldwide, the upcoming editions will be conducted in multiple countries, spanning Qatar, India, Sydney, South Africa, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia in the next two months.
