Muslim LifeFair Jakarta 2023 will present a total of 230 booth participants from 128 brands occupying an area of 6,000 m2 at JIExpo Kemayoran.
Heaptalk, Jakarta — Bazaar of halal and sharia financial products Muslim LifeFair Jakarta is confirmed to return on March 17-19, 2023 at JIExpo Kemayoran with the theme in the Betawi language #NyoKiteKumpul, meaning let us get together.
As a collaboration of Lima Events and the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI), Muslim LifeFair has been organized since 2019 in several major cities, with Jakarta being the first city for this year. The inaugural Muslim LifeFair Jakarta 2023 aims to welcome the moments of the holy month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 1444 H.
Visitors will be treated to a variety of products from various categories, including modest fashion & accessories, halal cosmetics, Islamic education, hobbies and communities, Islamic books & publishers, halal travel, kids & baby products, sharia property, Islamic weddings, multi products, Islamic finance, and halal culinary by Serlok Kuliner. A total of 230 booth participants from 128 brands occupied an area of 6,000 m2 at JIExpo.
According to KPMI Chairman Rachmat Marpaung, Muslim LifeFair is an effective marketing tool, particularly for fashion and culinary products as the demand for these products increases. To spur shopping enthusiasm, the organizers provide numerous promos, including discounts of up to 75%, buy 2 get 1 product, and flash sale product exhibitors during the exhibition at certain hours.
Rachmat said, “We hope this year’s Muslim LifeFair exhibition will achieve better since it is held before entering the holy month of Ramadan. Visitors can take advantage of massive discount moments and competitive prices.”

Meanwhile, Director of Lima Events Deddy Andu said that 43.5% of the 128 brands are repeat participants. They have loyal customers and resellers who always update the latest promos and models launched at the exhibition.
According to Andu, several brands frequently take advantage of the Muslim LifeFair event to increase awareness and build good relationships with their customers by surprising new products and special promos, including Atelier Angelina, Muslimah Basic, Muslim Madani, Pelangi Hijab, Samase, Hisyam, Nusseyba, Makhtab, and Fatih Indonesia.
“We see that the public’s interest in Muslim fashion and halal cuisine in Indonesia is very large. Therefore, this kind of Muslim LifeFair exhibition is a momentum for Muslim MSMEs, Islamic boarding schools, and various corporations to develop better. We hope that this exhibition will become a place for them to stay in touch with one another in ordertoge efforts to be inclusive and sustainable,” said Andu.
Choosing JIExpo as the venue, Andu is optimistic that this exhibition can attract the attention of more than 20,000 visitors. Various series of events will also be held to attract the attention of visitors, including casual talks, book reviews, parenting workshops, health sharing, migration to remove tattoos, ta’aruf classes, codding competitions, and storytelling. This event also facilitates kids’ activities including playground and coloring, family activities such as traditional games, and outdoor activities.
Andu added, “This year, we also add a new program in collaboration with Uki Kautsar ex Noah and Reda Samudera. They have a YouTube platform with a new program called Serlok Kuliner, which is a casual program introducing culinary locations that are comfortable, delicious, and also halal. Hence, our Muslim LifeFair culinary area is also branded with the name Serlok Kuliner.”
With a new program that involves the community, Rachmat Marpaung is optimistic that Muslim Lifefair which will take place at JIExpo can become one of the vehicles that strengthen the ecosystem for the development of halal products in Indonesia towards the Indonesia Global Halal Hub 2024.
