Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Jakarta Illustration & Creative Arts Fair (JICAF) 2024 will be held at The Space, Senayan City Jakarta, from September 19 to October 6. Adopting the theme ‘Chaotic City,’ JICAF 2024 will bring the energy and dynamics of urban life into the creative arts world.
“This year, over 100 local and international talents from 20 countries will be featured, including Indonesia’s Pop Art pioneer Wedha Abdul Rasyid, Sundae Kids, Mojoko, Pinot, Tutu, Ykha Amelz, Muklay, Machine56, and others,” said Jakarta Illustration & Creative Arts Fair (JICAF) Fair Director Sunny Gho during a press conference held in Jakarta on Thursday (09/19).
The participation of these artists signals that the Jakarta Illustration & Creative Arts Fair 2024 has become a global platform for celebrating creative arts and illustration.
Sunny Gho added, “We are excited to bring back JICAF this year with even more exciting and diverse programs. We also aim to create a melting pot where artists, collectors, art lovers, and the general public can come together to learn more about the creative arts world.”
In addition, Sunny hopes that through the Jakarta Illustration & Creative Arts Fair, the Indonesian public can become more familiar with local illustrators and support them as potential cultural ambassadors.
