Heaptalk, Jakarta — iQoo, a smartphone brand from Vivo, has held an exploration project at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This project was a collaboration with the professional highline community, Pushing Panda, marking the first-ever highline action at this location.

Highlining is an extreme sport that requires athletes or professionals to walk on a rope stretched at extreme heights, often between two cliffs or tall buildings. Not only does this test balance and high concentration, but it also demands courage and mental endurance.

Roshinna Erawaty, iQoo Indonesia Brand Manager, stated that the iQoo Exploration Project aligns with the spirit of ‘I Quest On and On,’ which encourages boundless exploration and technological innovation. The Highline Challenge at Tumpak Sewu was the first of its kind, reflecting the brand’s commitment to introducing cutting-edge technology for its users. “As a brand that always pushes boundaries, iQoo brings innovation to every product, ensuring that the technology we create is reliable, even in extreme conditions,” Roshinna said.

Known as the Niagara of Indonesia, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall offers spectacular views and extreme terrain, making it an ideal location to test the bravery and physical and mental endurance of athletes, as well as the durability of iQoo technology. Moving forward, the brand plans to present more exploration activities in line with its identity that encourages innovation and adventure.

The exploration project aims to demonstrate how human bravery and technological innovation collaborate to push boundaries. With the spirit of “I Quest On and On,” the iQoo 13 is designed to support extreme exploration with high performance and extraordinary endurance. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, this smartphone supports real-time documentation, even during extreme activities like highlining.

The 7K VC Cooling in this device maintains a stable temperature. The IP68 and IP69 certifications provide maximum resistance to water, dust, and impact. With this toughness, the iQoo 13 is claimed to be an ideal choice for highline athletes who dare to challenge their limits.

“The iQoo Exploration Project is not only about conquering extreme challenges but also about innovation and pushing the limits. Similar to iQoo, which brings premium technology with extreme performance, this action shows that bravery and innovation go hand in hand. We hope this exploration inspires others to face their challenges. iQoo will continue to bring new explorations as this is our identity—extreme, premium, and always pushing performance boundaries,” Roshinna concluded.
