Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia Property Expo (IPEX), an Indonesia-based property exhibition, has announced its 39th return this year. This event will be organized from May 14th – 22nd, 2022, at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Jakarta. Through BTN Property for Millenials program, organizing this property expo will target the Millenials and first-home buyers to support them in having their ideal dwellings.

Indonesia Property Expo 2022 will show over 225 property projects from numerous developers. Several famous developers contribute to this expo, namely Metropolitan Land, Ciputra Group, Adhi Commuter Property, Perumnas, Graha Perdana Indah, Triyasa Propertindo, Rancamaya, and other 60 developers.

Further, the visitors will be offered reasonable prices starting from US$11,481 (approximately Rp.168 million). IPEX 2022 also affords enticing promos for consumers during a hunt for their dream properties, including discounts on the provision, administration, insurance, and homeownership loan (KPR) installments of up to 30 years.

Vice President of PT Adhouse Clarion Events and also serves as the organizer, Gad Permata, delivered his confidence that IPEX 2022 is an appropriate momentum for the rising generations to reach their dream house.

Collaborating with Bank BTN, IPEX grants an interest rate of 2,22% for the visitors. “With engaging promos and discounts from developers and bank BTN, we intend to facilitate convenience in the banking service process. I believe this is a good chance to have a property due to many factors that make investing more intriguing,” affirmed Gad.

Perceiving the high property demand today, the Head of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) Real Estate Indonesia (REI) DKI Jakarta, Arvin Iskandar, claimed the price shift of commercial and subsidy houses had reached 7% in 2022.

The enhancement of subsidy house expenses possibly occurs, reminding commercial dwellings costs are considered not to bring different significant prices. Also, an excellent property industry growth that is much better has made people’s enthusiasm continues to increase to have their ideal house.

Through IPEX Loyalty Member (ILM) program, this property expo has examined the house purchaser’s candidates that achieve 3,600 people. They include Millenials by 78,9% and first-home buyers by 89,6%. Likewise, the ILM’s data spills the most preferred locations, including Tangerang, Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, Serpong, and Bintaro regions.

Indonesia Property Expo aims to support society about their ideal residence. The customers will be educated and accompanied to select their house types. As a member of ILM, consumers will gain several benefits, namely property guidance for one year of free, exclusive promos for developers’ property transactions. The member of ILM will also be provided IPEX Loyalty Member Lounge to consult, communicate, and purchase the property comfortably.

This exclusive festival will also be arranged with the activation of the IPEX 2022 event at the Pre-Function in Hall A JCC, Senayan. These activities include a Coding Competition for Alpha category with Elementary School participants from 1st to 3rd grades and a Coding Competition for Beta category with participants from 4th to 6th grade.

Additionally, the exhibition will also be animated by the Drawing and Coloring Competition with participants aged around 4th – 10th and be presented by the Flash Sale from developers entailed.

“We are working with Jakarta Metro Police to prioritize safety and convenience, both for visitors and exhibitors involved. The visitors are expected to obey a strict health protocol during their visit to this festival,” concluded Gad. (SFM)
