Taking place at JIEXPO Kemayoran Jakarta, the B2B expo is claimed will be bigger than the former expo by involving 1,000 participants from 21 countries. The exhibitors will be scattered in nine halls to showcase various automotive spare parts products, electric vehicles (EV) technology, logistics, forklifts, buses, and trucks.

“Previously, it was only 500 companies that participate in this event, but ASEAN 2023 Summit, which makes Indonesia becomes the talk of the world, brought a great impact on this expo. For this reason, the number of exhibitors soared to 1,000 participants,” stated President Director of GEM Indonesia, Baki Lee during INAPA press conference on Wednesday. (05/10)

Baki explained, “Due to the increase in exhibitor’s number, we should expand the exhibition space, from 1 hall to 9 halls. Among these exhibitors, 30% of participants are local companies, while the rest derive from ASEAN – such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand – and China, Taiwan, Korea.”
Moreover, the spare part companies will dominate 60% of the exhibition, followed by EV technology with 20% of the total exhibitors. Baki delivered that this event is expected to bridge the business collaboration between local and foreign companies and increase awareness of the importance of the use of EVs.
