Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia Energy and Engineering (IEE) Series is set to be held on this last August. The organizing of IEE series is expected to facillitate stakeholders to carry out cross-industries and cross-generation collaboration to achieve business sustainability.
Taking place at JIExpo Kemayoran Jakarta, the 2024 IEE series comprised of two main series, Energy Week and Engineering Week. Energy Week will be held on 28 to 31 August, while Engineering week will return on 11- 14 September. Each event presents multiple enticing activities which support the exhibitors, visitors, and the entire stakeholders who involved in the events to collaborate in order to achieve business sustainability.
“On the last few years, the Government and society continue to strengthen the implementation of sustainability action in accordance with UN’s SDG guidance. For this reason, we strive to present the latest technology, broaden cross-industries collaboration, and invite young generation to involve in materializing SDG goals”, stated Lia Indriasari, the Portfolio Director of Energy, Engineering, and Transportation of Pamerindo Indonesia.
To facilitate the collaboration, Pamerindo Indonesia as the promotor continue to implement “Connecting the Disconnected” program, which manage to embrace young generation through ‘Student Visit’ agenda. This initiative will involve 700 students to connect with various IEE Series exhibitors.
Moreover, according to loyal exhibitors, this event also becomes a platform that connect the exhibitors with various stakeholders, both from government and private sectors.
Maria Immaculata, Marketing Communication of PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk. stated, “We have participated in this event since 2009, and we perceived that the event is attended by multiple business players and also stakeholders, such as from government institutions”.
Regarding the implementation of the event, Energy Week is set to showcase electricity and power sectors through Electric and Power Indonesia (EPI) which underscores solar energy development, EVs battery industry and industrial electronic tools.
Water Indonesia also will be organized during this week with the full support from the Indonesian Association of Drinking Water Companies (Perpamsi). During this agenda, Indonesia Water Forum 2024 will be held by adopting theme titled ‘Drinking Water Transformation towards Golden Indonesia 2045’.
On the second week, Engineering Week consists of five agendas, including the 22nd Mining Indonesia, the 24th Construction Indonesia, the 15th International Oil and Gas Exploration, Production and Refining Exhibition.
Moreover, the 2024 ADEXO and a metallurgy and metal casting expo named the 2nd GIFA METEC Indonesia also will enliven Engineering Week. Remarkably, IEE Series, in collaboration with National Agency for Disaster Management (BNPB), will present a co-located show for disaster management for the first time.
