Heaptalk, Jakarta — The 24th Global Food Marketplace or Salon International de I’alimentation (SIAL Interfood) is poise to perform its presence on November 8th – 11th, 2023, at JiExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, in conjunction with Seafood Show Asia Expo 2023 and INAShop Expo 2023.
According to the CEO of Krista Exhibition, Daud Salim, this expo is expected to boost Indonesia’s Food and Beverage (F&B) industry in the international market by featuring the latest innovations for food, beverage, catering, and bakery products.
Supported by Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade, the government will also present the Indonesian Pavilion, which displays ten SMEs’ food and beverage products. Through this strategic contribution, the Ministry hopes to catch more export-oriented SMEs in penetrating the global market.
“The Directorate General of National Export Development of the Ministry of Trade facilitated ten export-oriented SME players selected to participate in SIAL Interfood 2023 through a curation process. We hope that the displayed products will attract more buyers, produce business contracts, and increase Indonesia’s non-oil and gas exports,” Director of Primary Product Export Development, Ministry of Trade, Miftah Farid, said.
Targeting a B2B segment, SIAL Interfood 2023 enables MSME players to promote their products and expand their business growth in export. Also, this exhibition is a proper momentum to discover numerous new product innovations in the F&B sector, including milk, egg, cheese, meat, fish, and other marine products, coffee and tea, ice cream, gelato, fruit and vegetables, and bakery products.
In collaboration with multiple organizations, associations, leading food and beverage experts, chefs, international gastronomy and culinary practitioners, SIAL Interfood will feature numerous agendas, spanning Indonesia Coffee Art Battle, Coffee Market, Coffee Competition, Coffee Village, and International Cooking Competition followed by 600 participants.
Held by Krista Exhibitions, this food and beverage (F&B) will present to about 895 companies, including 100 MSMEs. Furthermore, around 20 exhibitors from multiple countries will also showcase their products, spanning Bulgaria, Indonesia, Pakistan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Greece, Jordan, Turkiye, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, Poland, United Arab Emirates, India, Tunisia, and Netherlands. The SIAL Interfood exhibition aims to attract 85,000 visitors for four days of the event by presenting enticing programs and quality products.
