Sirclo Group launched a new mission ‘Be the Future, Today’ marking 10 years of operation to solidify its position as omnichannel commerce platform provider.
Heaptalk, Jakarta — Entering its 10th year of operation, Sirclo Group is strengthening its position as an omnichannel commerce platform provider in Indonesia with a new focus and a stronger service ecosystem. The reimagined spirit is packaged through the new slogan ‘Be the Future, Today’ which was officially launched in Central Jakarta (03/08).
The new focus of Sirclo Group is to sharpen its service as an omnichannel commerce enabler that serves sales through online and offline channels. Nearly a decade of existence, Sirclo’s numerous products have evolved into a comprehensive omnichannel service for brands or brand owners, distributors, businesses, to consumers.
Meanwhile, recent Sirclo’s service ecosystem is divided into 4 market segments, spanning Sirclo Commerce and Swift by Sirclo, Sirclo Store, Warung Pintar digital products and services, and the parenting platform Orami. The enhanced service ecosystem is powered by Sirclo’s acquisition of Warung Pintar (2022), Orami (2021), and Icube (2020).
In more detail, Sirclo Commerce and Swift by Sirclo provide custom omnichannel technology and integration across various online sales channels through order fulfillment services and digital marketing from upstream to downstream for enterprise businesses. Sirclo Store focuses on developing small and medium-sized local businesses through online stores that can be integrated with various online sales channels, including websites, marketplaces, and chat commerce.
Digital products and services from Warung Pintar encourage stalls to continue to grow by expanding access to product availability to brand owners and national distributors. The last, the Orami parenting platform provides commerce, content, and community with the IbuSibuk feature which supports the empowerment of mothers throughout Indonesia.
Targeting a sustainable business by 2023
Founder and CEO of Sirclo Group Brian Marshal said that his party is targeting a sustainable business this year to boost profits. “The target can be determined through a lot of numbers, including turnover targets, number of people, number of clients, number of stalls, and all kinds of things. However, if sorted, the number one most important aspect is the sustainability aspect where the derivative specifically is how we can carry out business on an increasingly large scale to achieve profit sustainability. That is one of the targets being pursued this year,” Brian said at a press conference in Central Jakarta (03/08).
To date, Sirclo has served more than nearly 1,000 enterprise clients consisting of FMCG market leaders, including Unilever, Danone, Reckitt, Nestle, PZ Cussons, and Kao Indonesia, reaching 25 million consumers accumulatively. In 2022, almost 1 million MSMEs have joined the Sirclo Group ecosystem consisting of local brand owners, stalls, and micro/nano influencers. According to Sirclo’s internal research, the average turnover of MSMEs that join the Sirclo Group ecosystem has increased by 34%.
“While looking back at Sirclo’s journey over the past ten years, this strategic step is also a moment of celebration of the meaningful evolution that we have gone through. The message ‘Be the Future, Today’ that we carry is a concrete manifestation of Sirclo’s commitment to do more than just help sell the business, but also enable all parties to be the fastest in welcoming the future. We can achieve this by maximizing the potential of each business actor through digitization,” said Brian.
According to Brian, the new mission ‘Be the Future, Today’ is specifically designed in the spirit of Sirclo Group to give a more real impact on brand owners, businesses, and consumers. Onwards, the innovations, strategies, support, and resources developed within the company are expected to contribute to accelerating Indonesia’s economic recovery.
