Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kaubandus-Tööstuskoda/KTK) and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) will hold the Estonia-Indonesia CEO Business Forum on April 22, 2025. The event is expected to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation, encourage innovation-based collaboration, and explore business opportunities between the two countries.
The forum will bring together Estonian and Indonesian government officials, top business executives, and innovation experts. Margus Tsahkna, Estonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, will lead the Estonian delegation, accompanied by H.E. Priit Turk, Estonia’s Ambassador to Indonesia, Singapore, and ASEAN.
The business delegation represents various sectors, including information and communication technology, industrial automation, forestry and agriculture, food and beverage industrial technology, and travel services. Participating companies include Cybernetica AS, 5.0 Robotics OÜ, Dipperfox, AS A. Le Coq, Miltton CIO World, and Fiesta Reisid OÜ.
Focusing on digital transformation

Ahead of the forum, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna emphasized the strategic importance of the event. “The Estonia-Indonesia CEO Business Forum is designed as a bridge between the private sectors of both countries. It brings together decision-makers and visionaries who believe in innovation, sustainability, and cross-border collaboration,” Tsahkna stated.
Focusing on digital transformation, sustainability, and bilateral trade, the event represents a key step in enhancing Estonia-Indonesia relations through structured and action-oriented dialogue. Core themes of the forum include digital transformation, cybersecurity, green and clean technology, maritime affairs, and food and beverage.
A key forum highlight will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Kadin and KTK, marking a shared commitment to boosting trade, knowledge exchange, and technological collaboration. Expected outcomes from the forum include collaboration in digital infrastructure, joint development of digital services, scholarships, and capacity-building programs aligned with ASEAN’s digitalization goals. The forum is also anticipated to influence the future direction of bilateral economic and trade policy.
