Additionally, the number of blu customers skyrocketed, reaching over 2.4 million users in 2024, showing public trust in the digital banking services offered by BCA Digital,” Yoga explained at the mini talk show at ICE BSD Tangerang (02/21).

Meanwhile, Ruli Himawan Nugroho, Head of Marketing & Communications BCA Digital, explained that BCA Digital continues to prepare multiple strategies to present unique selling points (USP) that differentiate it from competitors. “Starting from bluSaving, where customers can open up to 20 sub-accounts under one main account, bluGether is a joint savings feature ideal for collective fundraising, and there are various other features. Additionally, blu by BCA Digital has also collaborated with various platforms such as Blibli, MRT Jakarta, CGV Cinemas, Binus University, Garuda Indonesia, Kopi Kenangan, and many more. This allows customers to access our banking services directly from partner applications without switching apps, making BCA Digital’s services seamless and easy to use,” Ruli said.
Ruli added that BCA is present for the youth with bluAccount for Teens. This feature allows children who do not yet have an ID card to open a bank account under their parent’s supervision, hoping they can manage their finances smarter from an early age to achieve financial resolutions.
