Heaptalk, Jakarta — Swiss-Belhotel Serpong has launched its latest signature dish, Bakmi Sumanto, in collaboration with the renowned Indonesian sauce brand Dua Belibis. The event, titled ‘From Bakmie to the Heart,’ took place at the Swiss Cafe Restaurant in South Tangerang, Banten, on Tuesday (10/08).
The menu launch was attended by over 50 guests who filled the hotel restaurant area at Intermark BSD starting at 1:00 PM to taste Bakmi Sumanto. This noodle dish is made even more delicious by the special combination with Dua Belibis sauce, an original Indonesian sauce made with selected chilies and quality garlic, creating a unique flavor.
The menu is priced affordably, starting at Rp48,000-net per serving, with an attractive offer of a free second bowl. There are also many additional topping options available to enhance the enjoyment of Bakmi Sumanto, including wontons, meatballs, roasted chicken, char siu chicken, and roasted meat.
“We want to offer a dish that can be enjoyed anytime, with flavors familiar to most Indonesians, without losing the essence of quality found in a four-star hotel,” said Roni Martadinata, General Manager of Swiss-Belhotel.
Roni also mentioned that Sumanto is an abbreviation of ‘suka mangan tok’ (only love to eat). “Bakmi Sumanto tastes even more delicious with the special combination of Dua Belibis sauce, which uses selected chilies and quality garlic to produce a remarkable flavor,” he concluded.
