Heaptalk, Jakarta — Perumnas, a state-owned enterprise in the housing provision sector, is cooperating with Blibli, a Djarum-backed e-commerce company, to expand its property market reach.
This collaboration is expected to introduce Perumnas housing products through its 39 projects across Indonesia to the millennial segment, increasingly dominating the property market. This move marks Perumnas’ first cooperation with an e-commerce player as a long-term effort to address market potential and initiate collaborative marketing.
Perumnas Marketing Director Imelda Alini Pohan and Blibli Group Head of Emerging Category Edward Kilian Suwignyo signed the cooperation agreement at the Perumnas Booth at Jakarta Fair, Hall C-2 No. 26, JIExpo Kemayoran, on Monday (07/01).
Offering 13 million home and living products
“Through this collaboration, Perumnas and Blibli will launch various innovative and interesting marketing initiatives tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of the millennial generation. Among them are bundling ownership of Perumnas housing on the Blibli platform, campaigns offering exclusive discount promotions, special offers, and interactive marketing activities that will be applied through the Blibli platform and offline events in the future,” Imelda stated.
Furthermore, Imelda is optimistic that potential buyers will easily access Perumnas’s housing offerings through Blibli’s digital platform. Within its omnichannel trade and lifestyle ecosystem, this platform offers almost 90% of Indonesian society’s needs, with home and living as one of the fastest-growing categories.
