Heaptalk, Jakarta — State-run Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) branch South Jakarta presents Automated Machine JKN (AMAN JKN) for participants who visit the office directly. This breakthrough allows BPJS Kesehatan’s members to obtain information and access administrative services easily and faster.
The head of BPJS Kesehatan branch South Jakarta Diah Sofiawati stated that AMAN JKN can be utilized seamlessly. She added, “By presenting AMAN JKN, BPJS Kesehatan’s participants who attend our branch can have another option to access the services by themselves if the services and information are provided by AMAN JKN devices. Thus, people do not need to queue at the counter anymore. This groundbreaking also demonstrates that BPJS Kesehatan focuses on improving services not only in health facilities but also in the BPJS Kesehatan office”. (01/23)
Diah, further, explained that AMAN JKN has six features that enable society to check membership status, check bills, check virtual account numbers, obtain information about JKN and BPJS Kesehatan branch offices, and change membership data. This device can be accessed by participants during the operational hours of each regional branch office.
Moreover, AMAN JKN also features access that allows the participants to update their data, change their health facility location, and change the membership level for participants in the non-wage-earning workers (PBPU) segment. To proceed with this request, participants will be required to input their ID Card numbers, date of birth, and registered phone numbers, and then they only need to choose the new health facility. The participant will receive a verification number through WhatsApp.
“The adoption of AMAN JKN is relatively new. We hope the public or participants can experience the benefits directly, especially for general membership administration services, so that the process becomes faster and easier. Then, for getting further membership administration services, JKN Mobile Apps and Pandawa channel are also highly recommended to be utilized, so they do not need to waste their time and energy going to the branch office,” concluded Diah.
