Heaptalk, Jakarta — Bizhare startup recorded outstanding milestone, containing over 200,000 registered users as of November 2023. Meanwhile, this crowdfunding startup also noted its investment value of up to US$12.7 million, approximately Rp200 billion, elevating 150%  per November 2023.

Furthermore, the number of MSMEs and well-known franchises in Indonesia has reached more than 130 publishers, generating a total turnover of up to US$38.8 million (around Rp600 billion). These publishers increased by more than 135% compared to last year.

“We believe that Bizhare will catalyze inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia, becoming a bridge and forum for collaboration for retail investors, high net-worth individuals, and institutional investors. Since its establishment in 2018 as the crowdfunding securities platform to provide financing access for MSMEs and franchise businesses in Indonesia, Bozhare has contributed to the country’s investment sector. As the crowdfunding securities startup, Bizhare has assisted over 50% of the 64 million MSME players in the archipelago.

Apart from expanding its user base with multiple businesses with a broad preference for diverse companies and projects, such as Alfamart, Holycow, Bam Cargo, and Sour Sally, this startup also launched Bizhare Institutions as the place to assist its partners, including family office, cooperatives, venture capitals, institutions, and financial entities to perform strategic cooperation and investment with a high and more transparent return through the business scoring technology to mitigate investment risks.

Besides its fantastic enhancement, Bizhare has also obtained additional funding led by Kejora Capital and SBI Holdings through the SBI-Kejora Orbit Fund and is backed by diverse strategic investors, spanning Telkomsel ventures, AngelCentral, and other strategic investors. Prior to securing this additional fresh injection, the company obtained its Pre-Series A round at US$20,000 from AngelCentral in May 2021.

“We will continue to present various investment instruments and technology that can provide added value for all parties and become a trusted partner for investors and MSME players in Indonesia,” said Heinrich.
