Regarding its technology improvement and the training program granted, this Indonesia‘s insurtech platform has received a positive response from agents, proven by the number of commission payments that continues to increase, which will reach twenty-five-folds in 2022 compared to two years ago.
During the last three years, Qoala Plus has become a sales force-based digital platform for insurance sales by optimizing services through a user-friendly application that speeds up the verification process, issuance of policies, and claiming process. This startup has also obtained printing permission licenses from insurance companies directly for more than ten partner insurance companies.
