Heaptalk, Bogor – Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCVI) held its annual Dealer of the Year 2024 celebration at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort in Bogor (05/09). With the powerful theme Champions in Unity, the event recognized outstanding Mercedes-Benz Truck and Bus dealers across Indonesia whose dedication and performance played a pivotal role in strengthening DCVI’s national presence.

This year, PT Citrakarya Pranata – Bandung emerged as the biggest winner, securing the title of Commercial Vehicles Dealer of the Year 2024, along with multiple awards in sales, after-sales, and financial performance.

DCVI President Director Naeem Hassim opened the ceremony by highlighting the importance of collaborative growth. “Champions in Unity isn’t just a motto—it’s a mindset. Our collective strength as one network is what fuels innovation, resilience, and customer satisfaction,” he said.

In a rapidly changing industry, DCVI reaffirmed its commitment to dealer development and customer support. From launching TRUCKPARTS, an affordable spare parts solution for Actros trucks over five years old, to opening a new factory in 2025, DCVI continues to invest in Indonesia’s transport future.
