PIDI 4.0 inked Mou with seven stakeholders to expedite archipelago’s industry

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Digital Industry Center 4.0 (PIDI 4.0) has performed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with seven stakeholders, spanning Indonesian Industry Digital Transformation Council (WANTRII), Petra Christian University, Future Ready Academy Singapore, PT Heaptalk Media Indonesia, PT Solusi Kerah Byru, Bina Nusantara University, and PT Global Transforme Nusantara.

“We hope the MoU not only becomes a document, but also can contribute to the PIDI 4.0’s goal to expedite digital transformation of Indonesian industry. I look forward to the new partners being involved in the technology adoption around the country’s manufacturing industry,” Saiful Bahri, Head of the Center for Industrial Human Resources Education & Training and Director of PIDI 4.0, said during the MoU signing (08/01).

The expected accomplishments

Currently, Indonesian manufacturing industries remain experiencing various challenges in carrying out digital transformation. These obstacles include a lack of information, competent human resources (HR), and a need for capital injection. One of PIDI 4.0 partners, the Chairman of the Indonesian Industry Digital Transformation Council (WANTRII), Fadli Hamsani, explained the detailed contribution of this MoU signing to the national industry, including:

For information, PIDI 4.0 is part of Industrial Human Resources Development, the Ministry of Industry who play a role to support Indonesian industries in transforming towards Industry 4.0. Displaying digital innovations during the partners’ visit is also expected to attract other countries to invest in Indonesia.
